By participating in this auction for the purpose of winning a prize under the auspices of the West Coast Conference, the bidder voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury that may be sustained by the bidder once the bidder gains possession of the items that he/she may win during participation in the 2010 WCC Men’s and Women’s Championship Auction. Thus, the bidder does hereby forever release and discharge the West Coast Conference, its governing boards, employees, agents, and servants from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages or causes of action.

Winners residing within the United States will accrue a $49.95 shipping fee. These items will not be shipped to non-U.S. shipping addresses. Some shipping services do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please be sure your preferred shipping address(es) comply. In addition, an Athletic Department representative will contact you with more information about your experience. Please note that sales tax will be added to winning bids from CA, GA, IL, and NY.
